Hello everybody,

I am happy to announce the launch of video support, which is now a part of FetView!

As you already know, we give great importance to personal care and do not use external call centers. By integrating video support directly into FetView, you can now reach your account managers easier and quicker than ever before…

In our Support window, which you can find in the right bottom corner, we have added a new section “Video Support”

After creating an appointment with your support agent, you can easily just click the video link you will automatically get connected with your agent.

You don’t have a camera? No problem, let’s use then AUDIO only. The support agent can still share you his screen or vice versa.

The solving of your wishes will be even more easier from now on!

I created a short video for you on how the new video support works in you everyday life.
