Frequently Asked Questions

FetView allows the doctor to upload images and measurements to the FetView server during ultrasound examinations via a DICOM interface using secure data transfer. The system reads the images and fetal measurements and stores them in a form for further processing. The doctor can now choose to complete the report, add the relevant images and growth curves, and thus professionally document the examination. The document can be structured in any way the doctor wants using drag and drop, and extra test results or measurements can be added at any time.

After obtaining permission from the patient, the doctor sets up an account on her behalf and passes on her login information. The report and any images and videos selected can now be released for the patient. This makes them visible in the patient's account, and they can be copied, printed or sent by e-mail.

Patients supported by FetView can view ultrasound images and videos at home and can save, copy and send them by e-mail. They can even create their personal first baby album. There is also an option to view reports or show them to another doctor if the patient switches or is on holiday.

Each practice can create its own page to display basic information and images to serve as a showcase as well as advertising. Utilising FetView throughout a pregnancy makes expectant mothers more loyal to a practice and results in the sustainable acquisition of new patients.
